Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Humoze: no unlawful activity, no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, no reverse engineering, and no uploading content you do not have the right to use.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent needed to record other people, and for complying with the recording laws and institutional policies that apply to you.

Your content

You keep ownership of the recordings, notes, and other content you put into Humoze. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service for you.

AI-generated output

Transcripts, summaries, action items, and flashcards are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. Review them before relying on them for important decisions.

Plans and billing

Humoze offers a free Basic plan and paid plans, as described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew until cancelled, and you can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect as described in our FAQ.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Humoze available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Humoze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humoze is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of Humoze after an update means you accept the new terms. Questions can be sent to hello@humoze.com.
